Today, we announced a partnership with Inspired Productions, the studio of shonen manga and webtoon author Brandon Chen. Brandon is someone I’ve gotten to know over the years and really see make his mark in the manga and webtoon space in the United States. He is someone who truly understands the “heart” behind shonen content.
With this slate, our aim is to try bold new things. There is no medium off limits — big or small — that we won’t take a crack at if it makes sense to give it a genuine shonen spin.
What I love about shonen anime and manga is the aspect of working together to level up and be the best you can be, and I see that in Brandon. As we grow this, we will challenge each other in our strive for greatness.
